May is going to be a busy month!

We launched our Semi-Private Group Workshops last month for Family Constellation and our first session was a hit! These smaller groups (limited to 4 participants) are a much more intimate setting than more family constellation workshops.

Ideal for those who are keen to explore their family dynamics and how it impacts their lives, but want a more intimate setting while still staying true to the foundation of constellations- healing through community. Be prepared for rapid expansion as we explore 4 constellations within this group. Each participant will come in with a presenting issue that we will use as our focal point to delve into the field with to bring hidden dynamics to light and create a resolution within your field that will allow you to unburden yourself of what doesn't belong to you so you may go on to walk your own path.

19th May 2024 Family Constellation Workshop

In this workshop we will focus on the material world- what is the point of healing if your life doesn’t improve? The Core Beliefs and Wounds that hold us back from living our best lives are so deeply embedded within us because they are hard wired in our nervous system and our genetics.

By peeling back the layers of inherited trauma while supporting the nervous system, we remove blocks in our ability to attract the relationship we want, the ability to trust we can do what lights us up inside, that money will come to our support as we live a life of joy and fulfilment.

We will have 1-2 constellations within the group.
