4 person limit, each participant will receive a constellation around their presenting issue and represent in 3 others. No experience necessary.

Ideal for those who are keen to explore their family dynamics and how it impacts their lives, but want a more intimate setting while still staying true to the foundation of constellations- healing through community. Somatic Experiencing comes into play here, creating a space to become embodied and rewire the nervous system- the key to creating a lasting and sustainable healing.

Be prepared for rapid expansion as we explore 4 constellations within this group. Each participant will come in with a presenting issue that we will use as our focal point to delve into the field with to bring hidden dynamics to light and create a resolution within your field that will allow you to unburden yourself of what doesn't belong to you so you may go on to walk your own path.
